The shipment will usually take between 2 – 4 business weeks to arrive. Please be aware that the shipping times may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs processing which is unfortunately out of our control.

4. Can I Change The Delivery Address For My Order After I Have Placed It?

5.   My Order Arrived Damaged. What Should I Do?

In the unlikely scenario your order was damaged in transit, we will happily refund for the product. In order for us to process your exchange, please contact our support team at dropxstock@gmail.com with your order information and a photo of the damaged item.
